Production Time

During the holiday season, particularly in the months of November and December, our production time may extend due to increased demand. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery during these peak periods.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Once an order enters the production phase, it becomes challenging to modify or cancel it. If you have specific concerns or requests, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible to explore possible options.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Slang Shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Here are the details of our return policy:
- Timeframe: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the products must be in like-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use. All original tags and labels should be intact.

- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating the return.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange.
- Exceptions: Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your personalized item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
